The inspiration for Baile con Sazón came from dance academy founders Willie McIntosh, Tonya Caballero Outlaw and Reginald Santiago. Together they envisioned a dance company that combined the most wanted Latin dances, mixed with all the regions style that creates the ultimate Sazón (Flavor).
Our mission is to introduce Latin dances to our community and create a close knit family of World Class Leads and Follows in a friendly, safe and inviting environment. We believe that dance heals the mind and body and we want to share our knowledge with the world… One dance step at a time…

Loretta appeared on the Latin dance scene in 2010, with the goal of taking just a few weeks of Salsa lessons. But when she started taking classes with Willie McIntosh, one of the founding members of Baile Con Sazon, she was hooked for life. She was encouraged to become an instructor under the Black Belt Salsa System developed by Edie the Salsa Freak. Since then, she has been teaching classes as a certified Blue Belt Salsa instructor at Baile Con Sazon Studio. She also enjoys dancing Kizomba, Cha Cha, and Bachata. Loretta has performed with the Baile Con Sazon Partner Dance Team, and currently is a member of the BcS Ladies Dance Team.
Yvonne Vazquez Cano, a native of Southern California, began her passion for dancing during the 6th grade when she participated in a mixed-style beginning dance class for an academy of the arts establishment. During her middle and high school years, Yvonne experienced lyrical, jazz and hip-hop styles of dancing, as well as, Latin-social and choreography for show choir. Post high school graduation, Latin-social became her forte in college, to include Bachata, Salsa and Merengue. Ballet, ballroom and modern was also studied and practiced. Given the opportunity as an assistant at the college she attended and later on at a ballet studio, Yvonne would further hone in her skills with jazz, modern, ballroom and ballet. Currently, she is a dance instructor for Baile con Sazon Studio in Fayetteville, North Carolina where she is instructing under group and private settings and continuing her love for Bachata and Salsa dancing.
